Last week I wrote about all the money being spent on high school football stadiums in Texas. I suppose this is no different than what some schools in Indiana spent on their basketball gyms before tax payers were able to defeat school levies. After all, we have Connersville and New Castle’s “bowls”. Then there are the field houses at Muncie, Columbus North, and Seymour. We also have the Washington High School gym which I think holds more people than the number who live in the town itself. If you check when all of these gyms were built, most are not new. Washington’s gymnasium is probably the newest one. I guess Texas football has little over basketball gyms in Indiana.
